How Our Services Work
Before we get started on any project, we’ll provide you with a clear proposal or agreement. This will outline the services we’re delivering, estimated timelines, and pricing. We work hard to deliver excellent results, but please understand that digital marketing (especially SEO and paid ads) involves many variables. While we strive to improve your rankings, traffic, and conversions, no agency can guarantee specific results like a #1 ranking on Google.
Responsibilities
To get the best outcomes, we need a few things from you:
- Timely access to your website, analytics, ad accounts, or any other platforms we need to work on.
- Clear communication and approvals when needed.
- Accurate and honest information about your business, goals, and audience.
Delays in communication or access can affect timelines, so we appreciate your prompt cooperation.
Payments and Fees
All project costs and monthly retainers will be shared upfront. Payment terms are typically:
- 50% deposit upfront for one-time projects
- Monthly payments for ongoing services (due at the beginning of each month)
Late payments beyond 10 days may result in a pause in service or a late fee. Any queries related to your billing or payment details, feel free to get in touch.
Revisions and Extra Work
We include reasonable rounds of revisions in our pricing. If additional work is requested outside of the agreed scope, we’ll always discuss it with you first and provide an estimate before moving forward.
Ownership and Rights
Upon completion of the project and all payments have been settled:
- You own the final designs, content, and deliverables created specifically for your business.
- Unless requested not to, we reserve the right to feature projects in our portfolio and case studies.
- All third-party tools, stock assets, and licenses remain the property of their respective owners.
Confidentiality
Any confidential information you share with us will be handled with strict privacy. Likewise, we ask you to respect the confidentiality of our processes and any proprietary materials we use during the project.
Termination and Cancellation
We aim to build lasting partnerships, but we understand that sometimes plans change. Either party may terminate the agreement by providing 30 days’ written notice. This gives both sides enough time to wrap things up professionally and ensure a smooth transition.
For one-time or project-based work:
- One-time projects canceled midway will be billed for work completed up to the cancellation date.
- No refunds will be issued for work already delivered.
For ongoing services (such as monthly retainers):
- Services will continue through the end of the 30-day notice period, and payment for that period will still apply.
- We’ll deliver any outstanding work due during that time and ensure proper handover if needed.
Please note: We reserve the right to pause or discontinue work if payments are not made on time or if terms are violated.
Limitations
We promise to:
- Deliver services professionally and ethically
- Use industry best practices
- Communicate openly and honestly
However, we can’t be held responsible for issues beyond our control, such as:
- Search engine algorithm updates
- Platform outages or errors (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
- Sudden changes in your business direction or goals
Legal Stuff
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If a dispute arises, we’ll first try to resolve it together. If legal action becomes necessary, it will be handled in the court.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business or services. Any updates will be posted here, and your continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
